Job Openings 

Adolescent Group Counselor

Department:                 Clinical - Lakewood
Position:                      Group Treatment Counselor
Reports to:                   Program Manager
Position Location:       Lakewood
Status:                         Full Time – 40 Hours per week

Major Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Clinician to facilitate Adolescent IOP, BH counseling, assessment, PIR and other clinical duties at our Lakewood office. Responsibilities include: group facilitation three times weekly, family and individual therapy, case management, and urinalysis.

Qualifications:  The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working with adolescents in a group setting. Candidate must be able to set limits and appropriate boundaries in conjunction with providing a safe, nurturing environment. Familiarity with adolescent behavioral health diagnosis is essential.  The ability to utilize concurrent documentation and clinical software is essential.  Strong preference will be given to candidates with independent licensure or who will become eligible for independent licensure, such as LISW, LPCC, or Master’s prepared RN’s.  Therapist must be available to work evening hours.

Assessment Counselor

Department:                 Intake & Assessment
Position:                      Mobile Assessment Counselor
Reports to:                   Intake & Assessment Coordinator
Position Location:       Chester Office, mobile    
Status:                         Full Time- 40 hours per week

Major Responsibilities: We are seeking a mobile Assessment Counselor to support our locations at Recovery Resources.   Primary responsibilities include providing mental health and substance abuse assessments for people seeking treatment, and ensuring linkage to treatment through case management activities.  The professional in this position will be mobile; occasional traveling between offices based on client need.

Qualifications:  Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment as well as experience working with mental health and addiction is required.  Previous intake or social services experience a plus. An LSW or PC is required, an LISW or PCC is a plus. 3-5 years of progressive computer experience and a willingness and ability to learn and use clinical software are required.   
                                                                                                             

Marketing Manager

Department:              Business Operations
Position:                    Full-time
Reports To:               Director of Business Operations
Position Location:    Chester

Major Responsibilities: Develops and coordinates all marketing, sales, and promotional efforts on behalf of the agency and its product lines. Coordinates marketing activities to ensure growth, product/service development, internal communications, quality control, profitability, and operating cost efficiency.  Coordinates and implements projects with responsibilities that include public relations, advertising, and creating brand awareness. Coordinates concept to execution of  marketing resource materials such as brochures, blogs, newsletters and web. Prepares monthly status reports on marketing efforts. Impacts bottom line through strategic ROI activities

Requirements: Qualified Candidates must have a minimum BA in Public Relations, Communication or Marketing, Masters and or MBA preferred.  Five or more years of direct marketing experience to include extensive media relations, public relations, social media and deep understanding of Web analytics and application.  Portfolio requested at interview.
