The Recovery Resources Board and staff can think of no better way to honor Helen’s memory than
to establish a memorial fund in her name that will allow individuals without financial resources access to quality care.
Throughout her career, Helen demonstrated time and again how the power of one woman can
impact thousands of lives and touch hundreds of families. It is our hope that this endowment will
inspire everyone in our community to celebrate her life by uniting their collective voice and
energy to increase awareness, transform lives and effect meaningful and long-lasting change in our
society.
