Mentally Disordered Offenders Unit
CPSTS- Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Specialist

Department:           MDO
Position:                 Full-time CPSTS
Reports To:            Clinical Care Coordinator
Position                  Location: Ohio City / Travel within the Community

Major Responsibilities:  Strongly supports clients in successfully integrating within their community; facilities linkage between the agency and other community services and providers, And Is an integral member of client centered treatment teams, ensuring effective and comprehensive service delivery. Also Represents the Agency throughout the community collaborating with the Cuyahoga County Probation Department and Court of Common Pleas by promoting public safety and education regarding the mental health consumer and mental illness.

Qualified Candidates must have a minimum BA and LSW preferred, experience with client population, and able to learn agency behavioral health software.

 

Assistant to Employment Services

Department:                Employment Alliance / Vocational Rehab Programs
Position:                     Assistant to Employment Services
Reports to:                 Program Manager / VRP Supervisor
Position Location:     Ohio City
Status:                        Full Time – 40 Hours per week

Major Responsibilities:  We are seeking a detail oriented Assistant to provide administrative, clerical, and billing support to our Employment Services and Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission VRP3/R2W programs. Responsibilities include processing BVR authorizations, maintaining program database and files, report generation, billing of services, and general administrative and clerical support.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must have 2-3 years of administrative or finance experience working in a social service/ non-profit mental health agency. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office products especially Excel and database management. Must be able to multi-task, provide follow up, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience working with vocational services and the State of Ohio ORSC (BVR). Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Assessment Counselor

Department:                 Intake & Assessment
Position:                      Mobile Assessment Counselor
Reports to:                   Intake & Assessment Coordinator
Position Location:       Chester Office, mobile    
Status:                         Full Time- 40 hours per week

Major Responsibilities: We are seeking a mobile Assessment Counselor to support our locations at Recovery Resources.   Primary responsibilities include providing mental health and substance abuse assessments for people seeking treatment, and ensuring linkage to treatment through case management activities.  The professional in this position will be mobile; occasional traveling between offices based on client need.

Qualifications:  Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment as well as experience working with mental health and addiction is required.  Previous intake or social services experience a plus. An LSW or PC is required, an LISW or PCC is a plus. 3-5 years of progressive computer experience and a willingness and ability to learn and use clinical software are required.   
                                                                                                             

Marketing Manager

Department:              Business Operations

Reports To:               Director of Business Operations
Position Location:    Chester

Major Responsibilities: Develops and coordinates all marketing, sales, and promotional efforts on behalf of the agency and its product lines. Coordinates marketing activities to ensure growth, product/service development, internal communications, quality control, profitability, and operating cost efficiency.  Coordinates and implements projects with responsibilities that include public relations, advertising, and creating brand awareness. Coordinates concept to execution of  marketing resource materials such as brochures, blogs, newsletters and web. Prepares monthly status reports on marketing efforts. Impacts bottom line through strategic ROI activities

Requirements: Qualified Candidates must have a minimum BA in Public Relations, Communication or Marketing, Masters and or MBA preferred.  Five or more years of direct marketing experience to include extensive media relations, public relations, social media and deep understanding of Web analytics and application.  Portfolio requested at interview.

 
Job Coach - PRN

Department:                 Employment & Vocational Services
Position:                      Job Coach
Reports to:                   Work Adjustment Supervisor
Position Location:       Community Worksites (Ohio City)
Status:                         PRN - As needed

Major Responsibilities:  The PRN Job Coach is an ‘as needed’ position with the Employment Alliance. The Job Coach is responsible for completing job task analyses, providing consumers training and support in positions at the consumer’s place of employment or assessment site, and communicating effectively with Employment Alliance staff involved with the consumer. The Job Coach prepares written documentation illustrating training strategies and outcome, educates the employer on consumer progress, and completes documentation for billing.  The Job Coach reports directly to the Community Based Work Adjustment Supervisor of the Employment Alliance.

Qualifications:  High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in special education, vocational rehabilitation, or an allied social service field preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in direct service delivery to adults with disabilities (mental health and/or developmental disabilities) required, especially within the field of vocational and//or community employment services.   Qualified candidates must have reliable, independent transportation.   

 
Case Manager - CPST

Major Responsibilities:  Recovery Resources is a large behavioral healthcare organization providing mental health and addiction treatment on an outpatient basis.  We currently have 2 Case Manager CPST positions open, one engaged with our Forensic Team. 

These Case Management CPST positions strongly support clients in successfully integrating within their community.  The successful Case Manager CPST provides case management services including facilities linkage between the agency and other community services and providers, and is an integral member of client centered treatment teams, ensuring effective and comprehensive Case Management CPST service delivery. The Forensic Case Manager CPST also represents the Agency throughout the community, collaborating with the Cuyahoga County Probation Department and Court of Common Pleas by promoting public safety and education regarding the mental health consumer and mental illness.

Qualified Candidates must have a minimum BA and LSW preferred, experience with client population, and able to learn agency behavioral health software.


Agency Nurse

Department:                 Medical Somatic
Position:                      RN
Reports To:                  Chief Medical Officer
Position Location:       West 29th Street

Major Responsibilities:  Recovery Resources is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Registered Nurse to provide psychiatric nursing services for clients with serious mental illness.  The nursing role primarily provides direct services to clients including case management, Treatment planning, health teaching, group facilitation and compliance monitoring, but also includes participation in multi-disciplinary treatment planning and consultation with other providers. 

Qualifications:  RN required, with psychiatric experience preferred.  No weekend or holiday hours required.
