Careers at Recovery ResourcesRecovery Resources is a behavioral health Agency that employs more than 115 professionals who provide services from four sites throughout Cuyahoga County. Job Openings

LPN Case Manager

Department: Medical Department
Reports To: Psychiatric Practice Manager
Position Location: West 29th location – Ohio City

Major Responsibilities: Successful candidate will provide psychiatric nursing and treatment planning services for clients with serious mental illness in a fast paced clinical environment. This role primarily provides direct services to clients including case management, pharmacologic support, teaching health to clients, group facilitation and compliance monitoring, but also includes participation in multi-disciplinary treatment planning, and consultation with other providers including referral sources.

Qualifications: LPN required, with psychiatric experience preferred. No weekend or holiday hours required.
